Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberries! Yes, 'tis the season for those deliciously red and juicy friends. So, how about mixing them into a smoothie to water your taste buds:

0,5 litre low fat milk
6 strawberries
banana
3 tbs. protein powder
1 tsp. Sweetener (sugar)
3-4 ice cubes

Blen all of the ingredients until you have a smooth, pureed cocktail and enjoy!
