Power Yoga – a global success

Power Yoga is a physical form of Yoga and is practiced all over the world. In this education you will learn all of the basic exercises and poses – asana – as well as practice balance, flexibility and breathing techniques. Your experience and personality are key points to get started as an instructor. Our power yoga education covers everything you need in order to get started. If you need more training we are ready to support you.

Pre-knowledge
You should have been doing Power Yoga for at least 6 months. There are no requirements of extreme flexibility.

Education information
The education is theoretical and practical. All material for the education will be handed out on the first day. The book "the Yoga Bible" is included in the material. 

The following topics are covered in the education:

-Basic techniques and “asanas”
-Pedagogy
-Class structure
-Music analysis
-Practical training
-Leadership and communication
-Personal feed-back and video recording

The education is for 3 days and will be conduced in English. 100% presence is required.

Examination
After completed 100% of the education you will receive an “Attendance Certificate”. To become World Class Certified Instructor a practical test is required. It can be a video or a direct class that will be evaluated by the Master Instructor.

Can I get a job after completed education?
Both your Certificate and Diploma are issued in English and are valid in all European countries. However, there are different rules and obligations in different countries. Please check what requirements applies in your country. As a new and qualified instructor you are always welcome to apply to any of our centres around in Europe. Our regular application routine apply, which includes CV and resume, interview, diplomas and certificates, and in most cases also an audition. Your knowledge, experience and personality creates your possibilities.
