About Pilates
In this education you will learn all the basic mat exercises and get a historically guided weekend from our professional Master Instructors. Your experience and personality are key points to get started as an instructor. Our Basic Pilates Education covers everything you need in order to get started. If you need more training we are ready to support you.

Basic Pilates
The Basic Pilates education is tailor made for Pilates in group training. We guarantee you an education of the highest standard with a professional master instructor. As we will work in a small group, you will receive lots of personalized attention. Our material is written by our own Pilates author and master instructor Kevin Dosch.

Education information
The education is theoretical and practical. All material for the education will be handed out on the first day. The following topics are covered in the education:

- History of Pilates
- Basic techniques and mat work
- Pedagogy
- Class structure
- Body motion analysis
- Practical training
- Leadership and communication

The education is for 3 days and will be conduced in English. 100% presence is required.

Examination
After completed 100% of the education you will receive an “Attendance Certificate”. To become World Class Certified Instructor a theoretical and practical test is required.

Can I get a job after completed education? 
Both your certificate and diploma are issued in English and are valid in all European countries. However, there are different rules and obligations in different countries. Please check what requirements apply in your country. As a new and qualified instructor you are always welcome to apply to any of our centres around Europe. Our regular application routines apply, which includes CV and resume, interview, diplomas and certificates, and in most cases also an audition. It is your knowledge, experience and personality that creates your possibilities.
