Fitness Instructor / Coach - your future profession
We are facing a great demand of professional fitness instructors at all our different centers around the world. As a fitness instructor or coach you create programs designed for individual clients, or analyze and develop corporate health programs for companies and organizations. The possibilities are endless!

You can combine your work as a coach with other work or studies, or work as a full time instructor / coach. Many instructors continue training to become a Personal Trainer.

Pre-knowledge
You should have been training strength training regularly for at least 1 year.  

Theoretical part

Please note! If you already have some kind of physical and theoretical education, please present this certification before writing the theoretical exam, and before continuing into the practical part.  

The following topics are covered in the education:

-Anatomy
-Physiology
-Nutrition
-Mycology

In this part of the education, you will get the necessary background regarding functions and development of the body.

Practical part
All the practical exercises will be held in the gym area and you will work practically together with the other participants; valuable knowledge and experience when eventually working with your own clients. 

The following topics are covered in the education:

-Cardiovascular training (theoretical and practical)
-Practical training (free weights and machines)
-Exercise techniques
-Exercise analysis
-Flexibility training
-Program structure
-Pedagogy, leadership and communication 

Examination
After completed 100% of the education you will receive an “Attendance Certificate”. You will do your theoretical test via our web-page. The practical test will be conducted during the last part of the practical training.

After approved examinations you will receive a diploma for being certified National Strength Training Coach (NSTC). 

Can I get a job after completed education?
Both your Certificate and Diploma are issued in English and are valid in all European countries. However, there are different rules and regulations in different countries. Please check what requirements apply in your country. As a new and qualified instructor you are always welcome to apply to any of our centres around Europe. Our regular application routine applies, which includes CV and resume, interview, diplomas and certificates, and in most cases also an audition. It is your knowledge, experience and personality that creates your possibilities.
