About Cycling

Cycling is one of the most popular group training activities in our centers today. It is simple, efficient and fun and it gives more of less direct results of weight loss and body shaping. This education will give you all the tools you need to get started giving different cycling classes. Your experience and personality are key points to get started as an instructor. Pre-knowledge
You should have been practicing indoor cycling for at least 1 year and be in good physical condition.

Education information

The education is theoretical and practical. All material for the education will be handed out on the first day. The following topics are covered in the education:

-bike technique
-pedagogy
-class structure
-music analysis
-practical training
-leadership and communication
-personal feed-back and video recording

The education is for 3 days and will be conduced in English. 100% presence is required.

Examination
After completed 100% of the education you will receive an “Attendance Certificate”. To become World Class Certified Instructor a practical test is required. It can be a video or a direct class that will be evaluated by the Master Instructor.
