Nutrition Guidance Program

The Nutrition Guidance Program is an individual plan created to fit your special needs. Based on your age, sex, body composition and calorie expenditure a program is created guiding what and when you should eat.
The program will help you reduce your body fat level and lower your weight. The program can also be specially aimed at improving your health by focusing on lowering your cholesterol level, your blood pressure and by fighting other health risk factors. It will help you to continue to eat healthy, stay healthy, feel better and gain more energy!

  • Four sessions with a nutritionist to keep you on track
