In addition, World Class gives you access to a wide range of individual and group exercise classes every week -- all taught by the country’s top instructors.

If your goal is to lose weight, come and try aerobics, spinning or dance; shape and tone with Lift-It, boxing and Core training; and experience the mentally calming effects of Yoga and Pilates. For our most busy members we present the Express Classes, which are unique to World Class. Designed for a short, simple and effective workout, these 30-minute classes are suitable for members of all exercise ability.

And even though exercise is our core business, it is surrounded by a number of supplementary services to enhance your well-being. Unwind after a hard workout in the dry or steam sauna, chase away those winter blues with some time in the solarium or loosen those tight muscles with a discounted massage. Yoga
Basic Power Yoga – designed to enhance vitality and sense of well-being. Focus on flexiblilit, balance, strength and posture.

Power Yoga – designed to improve posture, flexibility and physical awareness.

Power Yoga Advanced – intensive Power Yoga lesson focused on flexibility and strength, correct techniques for positions and breathing.

   
Boxing
Basic box – you will learn the correct technique in a martial arts inspired training.

Aqua box – Kickboxing and marital arts inspired movement with the added resistance of water.

Dynamic box – martial arts inspired intensive class with cardio section. Uses intensity drills and increased energy sprints followed by work recovery segments.
   

Aerobics/Dance
Nike Dance Master Class – An unique class created by the world famous MTV choreographer Jamie King and his dancers. Everyone can participate.

R & B – the latest dance grooves put to today’s hottest music.

Aqua Aerobics – the perfect way getting in shape and have fun doing it! Specific movements and drills promote cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination, strength and more.

   
  Lift It
weight training using bars and weights, mixing strength and balance exercises with functionality training. Intense muscle training for all fitness levels.
   
Cycling
Cycling - aerobic based exercise with high intensity resistance conducted on specially adjusted stationary bikes. Exercising the cardiovascular system and raising the level of adrenaline in the body. Intensive Cycling – Intensive cycling class for those who just cant get enough of cycling.
   
  Stretch
Focus on relaxation and flexibility training to create a balance in your workout.
   
  Pilates
Special program consisting of balance, strength and stretch exercise designed to improve your posture.
   
 

Express Classes
Unique World Class concept for everyone who wants to have simple, short and effective workout in just 30 minutes. When combining classes you can get both cardiovascular and strength training in just one hour.

bodyexpress – Full body workout using integrated strength exercises.

coreexpress – Intense Ab and Back workout, perfect compliment to your daily routines.

cyclingexpress- Perfect cardio training, no jumps and running, just basic cycling.

liftitexpress – Upper body workout using bars and weights. A perfect combination with cycling classes.

stepexpress – Simple track and field inspired workout, not choreography and block combinations.


Weight and cardio Area
To make your training as fun, safe and efficient as possible, we have provided easy-to-use cardio and weight equipment. For improving or to shed a few kilos you can choose between bicycles, treadmills, stair-climbers and cross-trainers. For body shaping and strengthening a varied weight-training is ideal. Our range of machines, plus free weights, give you endless workout possibilities.

Sign up with one of our personal trainers and they will help you get the most out of your training.
