Besides classes our World Class personal trainers will be available and provide the motivation, tips and tools you need for a great work out!

Mr Magnus Bergstrm, Swedish Dr. of Naprapathy determines your present strength and fitness level to make sure that you get the exercises you body benefits he most. Each session includes assessment of muscular balance, muscular function and body posture. Magnus will be at your service both saturday and sunday.

During the weekend we will also offer special Beauty treatments & discounted rates on solarium etc.
